Hamburger, Corn, Potato Casserole (Sounds complicated, right?)
WHAT YOU NEED:
-1 lbs. Ground Beef-2 cans of your favorite cream-style corn
-1 regular size bag of frozen hash brown-style potatoes (You can use potatoes O'Brien or simple shredded potatoes.)
-1 to 11/2 cup of milk (Depending on how thick you like the gravy. Normally skim doesn't work so well.)
Salt and pepper to taste.

DIRECTIONS:
(Preheat oven to 350 degrees)
1. Completely brown and drain hamburger
2. Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray (Pam or an equivalent is fine.)
3. Mix browned hamburger, the 2 cans of corn, the potatoes, and the milk together in a casserole dish, salt and pepper to taste (Use your judgement on the size of the dish, you don't want to over fill it.)
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes
5. Enjoy!!

Btw, this goes best with fresh homemade bread and real butter.
